Fees
For personal injury matters, there is no legal fee unless there is a recovery. In other words, you will not be charged a fee unless we win your case. Generally, expenses are advanced by the firm and reimbursed by the client at the conclusion of the case. This means that there is no cost to the client until the case is resolved. Any applicable legal fee is computed after disbursements.
